We oversee their interests in a wide array of transactions, such as patent valuations; preparing infringement hit reports; infringement opinions; freedom-to-operate analysis; licensing trade secrets, software and other technology; assignment transfers; part or whole portfolio sales; drafting joint development and strategic alliance arrangements; and addressing the IP aspects of employment and consulting arrangements, including confidentiality, work-for-hire/assignment of rights and non-competition provisions. We also prepare and file patent applications, develop and evaluate patent portfolios and existing patent technology licenses and structure in-house IP protection process.
